We require a minimum of 3 shipments before you can cancel your membership. After the required minimum of 3 shipments you can cancel your subscription by contacting our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We cannot cancel a subscription order once it has been shipped. To change your next shipment, update your subscription preferences by clicking “Manage Subscriptions” from your account.
WHAT IS THE MEMBERSHIP RETURNS POLICY?
When you sign-up for Your Super Membership, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first subscription order. Our goal is to help you feel healthier and happier, so if you aren’t satisfied during that time, contact us at email@example.com so we can help you make the most our of your mixes, or send you the most up to date returns information.
The 30-day guarantee is only valid on the first shipment.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES ON SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS?
Orders shipped outside the EU (e.g. Norway, Switzerland) may be liable to customs charges. Unfortunately we can't predict or prevent this fee, and the subscriber is responsible for all customs fees and rates.
