Fruit salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Forever Beautiful Mix
  • Seasonal fresh fruits
    Winter: quinces, apples, clementines,...
  • Spring: rhubarb, strawberries, cherries,...
  • Summer: blueberries, raspberries, watermelon,...
  • Autumn: cranberries, walnuts, pears,...

Directions:

  1. Slice the fruits and place them in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle Forever Beautiful on top, enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Super Green Mix
  • 250ml coconut water
  • 20g romaine lettuce
  • 100g frozen mango
  • 80g frozen pineapple
  • Mint leaves

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Green Piña Colada smoothie
Apple rings

Ingredients:

  1. Spread almond butter onto the apple rings.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and Forever Beautiful Mix.

  2. Using your hands, roll the mixture into balls.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Protein bites
Golden bliss balls

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until sticky.
  2. Using your hands, roll the mixture into balls.
  3. Roll the balls in extra shredded coconut, if desired.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp Super Green Mix
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 dash of white pepper

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl.
  3. Dip with veggies or crackers.
  4. Enjoy!
Green hummus
Veggies & dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Super Green Mix
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • fresh chives, chopped
  • pepper, to taste
  • veggies, for dipping

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mash the avocado.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Enjoy with fresh veggies.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 60ml water
  • 1 tbsp unsalted taco seasoning
  • pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy.
  2. Serve in a bowl and dip your favourite veggies in it!
Red bean dip
White bean dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Skinny Protein Mix
  • 1 can cannellini beans
  • 250ml water
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend the mixture until smooth.
  2. Enjoy with some crackers or veggies!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Skinny Protein Mix
  • 200g frozen peas
  • 150g plain soy yoghurt
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:

  • Put the peas in a sauce pan with enough water and cook them.
  • Slice the shallot and fry it in a pan with some olive oil and the curry.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Pour into a bowl.
  • Add salt and lemon juice to taste.
  • Enjoy!
