VEGAN, RAW, GLUTEN-FREE
Did you know that you can use the Power Matcha mix in savoury recipes as well? Yes!! Our favourite has to be this Power Matcha Guacamole dip.
The mix adds some extra nutrition and flavour, plus Matcha is always a good idea, right? The natural caffeine in matcha is an effective but gentle energy booster and we love the extra green goodness in form of wheatgrass, barley grass and moringa.
You can dip your veggies, sweet potato fries, crackers or whatever you like in it. It makes for the perfect snack!
POWER MATCHA GUACAMOLE DIP
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tsp Power Matcha mix
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ lime, juiced
- salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend all ingredients in your food processor until creamy.
- Transfer to a small bowl and add some more lime juice and spices if you like.
- Dip your favourite veggies or sweet potato fries in it and enjoy!
SUPER TIP: Add chopped onions or coriander for that extra something!
