Orange, Carrot & Ginger Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Golden Mellow Mix
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 large carrot, washed and roughly chopped
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 250 ml water

Directions:

  1. Boil 150 ml of water.
  2. Place the 150 ml boiled water, 100 ml of room temperature water and all the remaining ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
