Unlike store-bought energy bars, which often contain weird ingredients and lots of added sugar, this no-bake recipe is actually healthy — and naturally sweetened!
Made from nothing but whole foods, you also get the added benefits matcha green tea, one of the ingredients in our Power Matcha mix. Matcha contains natural caffeine, which is slowly released over time. That means you’ll have sustained energy throughout your day — without any energy crash or jitters.
NO-BAKE MATCHA ENERGY BARS
MAKES 9 BARS | VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE
- 1 tsp Power Matcha mix
- ¾ cup cashews
- ¾ cup pitted dates
- ¼ cup oats
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- ½ lime, zest
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until you have a sticky dough.
- Spoon the mixture into the baking pan and press down evenly.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before cutting into bars.
Super Tip: Make Immunity Bars by substituting 1 tsp Super Green mix for the Power Matcha mix.
