Serves 2


  • 1 tsp Gut Feeling mix
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 60g kale, chopped
  • 30g fresh parsley
  • 30g pumpkin seeds
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add kale and parsley into a high speed blender or food processor. Blend until shredded.
  2. Add garlic cloves, lemon juice and olive oil. Blend for another 30 seconds. 
  3. Add pumpkin seeds, nutritional yeast, Gut Feeling mix, and salt and pepper. Continue to blend until well combined. You may need to scrape down the sides. For a thinner consistency, add more liquid (water or olive oil).
  4. Scoop pesto into a bowl and serve with your favourite veggies. Enjoy!
