VEGAN, RAW, GLUTEN-FREE
We've been loving this creamy Matcha dressing (yep, you can totally use the Power Matcha mix in savory recipes as well) on our salads lately.
The recipe is super simple but it makes every salad taste SO much better.
The Power Matcha adds some extra nutrition and flavor, plus Matcha is always a good idea, right? The natural caffeine in matcha is an effective but gentle energy booster and we love the extra green goodness in form of wheatgrass, barley grass and moringa.

POWER MATCHA AVOCADO DRESSING
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tsp Power Matcha mix
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- the juice of 1/2 lime
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup water
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend all ingredients in your food processor until creamy.
- Pour over your salad and enjoy!
SUPER TIP: Add some chives or coriander for that extra something!
