Green Leaf Salad with Dressing

With their high content in fibres, minerals and vitamins, greens are an essential element of one's diet. All the nutrients they provide supports the body's natural activities and functions such as the immune system. Which is why we particularly love this green leaf salad - it's tasty and we know our bodies love it just as much as we do!


It also contains a serving of Super Green, the mix that makes sneaking more greens and fibres in your daily diet devilishly easy. It goes particularly well in dressings, which can be used either as salad dressing or to dip your veggies in!


Green Leaf Salad with Dressing


  • 150 g romain salad
  • 50 g alfalfa sprouts
  • 30 g capers
  • 5 broccoli heads (chopped)
  • 1 cucumber 
  • 1 handful coriander 


  • 10 g Super Green Mix
  • 1/2 avocado 
  • 1/2 courgette 
  • 5 tbsp water 
  • 3 tbsp vinegar


    • Place all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl and mix it together
    • Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in the blender for 30 seconds 
    • Enjoy!


    Super Tip: add 30 g cashews for a crunchier salad!
