The Recipe: Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Plant Collagen mix
- 1 tsp Forever Beautiful mix
- 250 ml plant-based milk
- 70 gr (gluten-free) quick oats
- 80 gr blueberries
- 20 gr chopped almonds
- 60 gr chopped dates or 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp (coconut) yogurt
Directions:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a jar or bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to eat, add toppings and enjoy!
