Apple Pie Smoothie Recipe
- 2 tsp Plant Collagen
- 250 ml water
- 1 apple, cored and cut into chunks
- 40 g raisins
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp raw pecans
- Place the raisins, apple chunks, cinnamon and 150 ml of water in a saucepan over medium heat for 6 minutes.
- Place all of the ingredients (saucepan’s content, pecans, Plant Collagen Mix and 100 ml room temperature water) in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
