VEGAN
Smoothie bowls are a great way to get in your greens, they're delicious and nutritious and you can even make them an entire meal.
This recipe is made with our Power Matcha Mix which is a very healthy, energizing superfood mix made of Matcha, combined with other superfoods such as Maca, Moringa, Wheatgrass and Barley Grass. The mix is high in vitamins and minerals and also gives you lot of energy throughout the day!
INGREDIENTS:
- 10g Power Matcha Mix
- 2 large medjool dates
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 hand full baby spinach
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 mango
- 1 tbsp. cashew butter
TOPPINGS:
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tbsp. coconut rasp
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth
- Pour into a bowl
- Add toppings
- Enjoy!
