HOW I MANAGED TO BUILD HEALTHY BREAKFAST HABITS - AND STICK TO THEM FOR GOOD!

BUILDING A BREAKFAST ROUTINE
I started each day with a meal that I prepared from the recipe e-book. I loved the variety I was getting and it definitely wasn’t plain or boring (which I experienced before with ‘healthy breakfast’) - so that’s great. This definitely kept me in the loop with my new habit! I started experimenting with new recipes and I definitely found my staples (oatmeal forever!). I even got my boyfriend to join me and we’ve made breakfast our ‘together-time’. But even on busy mornings, I get my healthy breakfast by just prepping ahead. Super easy and saved me a ton of money already considering how much I used to eat out!
