This Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal recipe is one of my current favorites and perfect for the colder months.

Not only does it taste like a peanut butter cup, but it actually contains ingredients that are good for you, including our Chocolate Lover Mix. Made with Cacao, Carob, Shredded Coconut, Chia Seeds and Lucuma, it adds a good amount of nutrients to this awesome breakfast bowl.

The next time you're craving chocolate in the morning, treat yourself with our Chocolate Peanut Butter oatmeal!

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL

SERVES 1 | VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tsp Chocolate Lover mix
  • 250ml water
  • 100g oats
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chopped dates
  • 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • toppings (optional)

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Combine all of the ingredients (except the Chocolate Lover) in a small pot.
    2. Cook over medium heat, stirring often to prevent burning or sticking.
    3. Remove from heat and stir in the Chocolate Lover mix.
    4. Pour into a bowl and add toppings, if desired, and serve.
