Oatmeal! By now you must have noticed that this is a staple food here at the Your Super Office :D We just can't get enough! And we love to play around with different flavor combinations, from chocolate to matcha... there's a recipe for everybody's liking.

Today we want to share this delicious and easy Carrot Cake Oatmeal recipe, which is just perfect for fall! Comforting, warm and with a lot of delicious spices.

Our Muscle Power Mix adds a good amount of protein to keep you full longer and provide your body with all the essential amino acids. Try it  it really is finger lickin' good (for you)!




  • 2 tbsp Muscle Power Mix
  • 1 large carrot (grated)
  • 100g of oats
  • 250ml water
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • toppings (optional)


    1. Combine all of the ingredients (except the Muscle Power mix) in a small pot.
    2. Cook over medium heat, stirring often to prevent burning or sticking.
    3. Remove from heat and stir in the Muscle Power mix.
    4. Pour into a bowl and add toppings, if desired, and serve.
