Hummus is always a good idea! Do you agree? We wanted ours to fit THE season so we created a savoury and delicious Muscle Power Pumpkin Hummus.

Since this is a non baking recipe, our raw Muscle Power Mix will provide you with the best minerals, vitamins and an extra portion of high quality protein. There are many ways to use it, other than just in protein shakes.


  • 10g Muscle Power Mix
  • 2 cups puree pumpkin
  • 2 cans of chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 garlic clove
  • cumin, paprika, salt, pepper 


  • Pumpkin seeds


  • Blend all the ingredients in your blender until smooth and creamy
  • Put the hummus into a container and refrigerate it for at least an hour
  • Garnish with pumpkin seeds
  • Enjoy!
