"My sister and I love establishing a good morning routine. It makes us feel good and helps us stay motivated to take care of our bodies. If we're not busy studying for college classes, our day usually starts by waking up early, drinking a huge glass of water, freshening up and applying aloe vera to our skin (aloe is great for moisturizing), and finally, hitting the gym. But there's one thing that excites us most about our morning routine. Can you guess? Breakfast!


When it comes to breakfast, we love starting our morning with a nourishing breakfast that will fuel us through our day. We like to get creative with our breakfasts and switch it up, either choosing oatmeal, chia pudding, or a smoothie. One of our favorite breakfasts, however, is overnight oats.


Overnight oats are incredibly delicious and easy to make. They have become our favorite grab-n-go breakfast on busier mornings. We love switching up the flavors (peanut butter, berry, chocolate, chai spice), but recently, fell in love with making matcha latte overnight oats. We created this delicious recipe using Your Superfood's Power Matcha Mix and instantly became obsessed.


Here's why: The Matcha Power Mix is packed full of green superfoods, which contain numerous beneficial antioxidants, provide natural energy, are abundant in vitamins and minerals, and are guaranteed to give you the power throughout the day. Also, superfoods work wonders on skin. This recipe is like having a latte for breakfast, only much healthier!"





  • 1 tsp Power Matcha Mix
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds



    • Add all ingredients to a bowl or mason jar and mix until combined. If needed, add more almond milk to thin the mixture (keep in mind, the oats and chia seeds will soak up a majority of the liquid overnight.)
    • Store oats in the fridge overnight, or at least six hours before eating. 
    • Top with fresh fruit, nuts, and seeds, or your favorite toppings and enjoy. (If oatmeal is too thick the next day, add a dash of almond milk).
