This Chocolate Peanut Butter Porridge recipe is a combo of all-time favourite flavours and perfect for the colder months.

Not only does it taste like a peanut butter cup, but it actually contains ingredients that are good for you, including the Magic Mushroom Mix. Made with cacao, chaga, ashwagandha, reishi, lucuma and cinnamon, it adds a good amount of functional mushrooms to this awesome breakfast bowl to help you relax naturally.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Porridge

SERVES 1 | VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tsp Magic Mushroom Mix
  • 250ml water
  • 100g oats
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chopped dates
  • 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • toppings (optional)

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Combine all of the ingredients (except the Magic Mushroom) in a small pot.
    2. Cook over medium heat, stirring often to prevent burning or sticking.
    3. Remove from heat and stir in the Magic Mushroom Mix.
    4. Pour into a bowl and add toppings, if desired, and serve.
