Green smoothies can taste delicious and have many health benefits. Here are some reasons to keep or start drinking green smoothies:

Here is a simply delicious green smoothie recipe for some inspiration. With lots of greens and tropical fruits its the perfect summer smoothie!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 g Super Green Mix
  • 100 ml coconut water
  • 50 g frozen pineapple
  • 50 g frozen mango
  • 2 handfuls of spinach (or kale)
  • 1/2 avocado

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth
    • Pour into a glass
    • Enjoy!
